50 Worst Weight Training Tips You’ve Probably Been Told

When it comes to weight training, we all had to start somewhere. We read blogs, watched youtube videos, and asked our buddies at the gym. Some of the advice we were given actually helped, but some of it was bullshit. Some advice might have been given from someone who was not natural as well and that advice would not apply to you. Some of the advice was probably handed down from other gym bros who have no clue what they are talking about.

Either way, we’ve compiled a list of the worst weight training tips we’ve ever been given. You might still believe some of them in which case you we’re here to tell you otherwise.
