70 year old bodybuilder Sonny Bryant began working out at the age of 44 in order to relieve stress from a bad marriage. Like the rest of us, he went into the gym with little to no experience but was persistent enough to compete in his first bodybuilding show 11 months later. From that day onwards, he was hooked. He wants to be a role model to young people to live a healthy lifestyle and is surely keeping us all motivated!
