Let’s face it, summer time is here and we all want to get outside. It’s time to show off all of those gains we’ve been making over the winter and get outdoors. Lifting take up only a couple hours out of the day and then you’re stuck scrolling through your feed on facebook of people pretending to be happy. Arnold has done a lot over his lifetime and has truly lived life to the fullest. At the end of the day, he will always be known as a bodybuilder and is probably a big reason why a lot of us began lifting. He made it cool to lift weights. Anyways, here’s a bunch of fun things you can do this summer (and winter) besides go to the gym with a bunch of sweaty dudes.
The main point is to get out of your house and enjoy life. Too many people are caught up on this notion that they have to spend hours upon hours in the gym. But is this really a healthy lifestyle? Hit up some friends, make plans, and be more social. Getting other to start exercising is even better. At the end of the day, it isn’t always about how good YOU look and how strong YOU get, but how you can help other people along the way. If you know anyway with potential health risks, getting them to get active is an awesome and selfless thing that you can do!
